SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver your products in a timely manner. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Timeline: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 15-20 working days.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

At Chris Jacob, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Below are the guidelines for refunds and cancellations:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for defective products or services. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. If an order has been processed and shipped, a cancellation request will no longer be accepted.

Please note, we do not accept product returns. Refunds are granted based on eligibility as outlined above.
